Every page we sell was written, drawn and checked by our own teachers. This is the part where we ask you to respect that.
Who owns the materials
All notes, worksheets, practice papers, solutions, diagrams and guides produced by Acadwell Learning are our intellectual property, protected by copyright.
What a purchase gives you
A personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for the student's own learning at home. Print it and annotate it as much as you like. That is all fine.
What is not allowed
- Reselling or reuploading the files, in whole or in part
- Posting them on file-sharing sites, group drives or messaging channels
- Using them in paid tuition, coaching classes or any commercial setting
- Removing our name or reissuing the content as your own
Every leaked pack pushes prices up for the families who paid, which is the honest reason we care about this.
Trademarks
The name "Acadwell Learning" and our logo mark are protected and may not be used without written permission.
Infringement
We monitor for copies of our material online. Where we find infringement, we issue takedown notices and will pursue the matter legally where necessary.
